1. CTC Wallet Coin Purchases

All direct purchases of CTC Wallet Coins via our integrated online gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, Stripe, etc.) are final. Wallet Coins are a digital platform currency and cannot be converted, refunded, or withdrawn back to fiat currency (cash/bank transfer) once added to your wallet.

2. Premium Services & Dual Payment Refunds

We operate a flexible billing ecosystem (Online Payment, Wallet Coins, or Combo Mode). If you purchase a premium service (e.g., Turbo Boost, Featured Ad) and the system fails to apply the upgrade due to a verified technical error on our platform, refunds are processed as follows:

• Coin Payments: If paid entirely via CTC Wallet, the exact coin amount will be credited back to your CTC Wallet within 24 hours.
• Online Payments: If paid entirely via a direct payment gateway, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Combo Payments: If a transaction used a combination of Coins and Online Payment, the Wallet Coins will be refunded to your dashboard immediately, and the fiat portion will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.
